Our grinding section is temperature controlled ensuring tolerances down to .001 micron are maintained. FT Gearing Systems use the latest swiss Studer CNC grinding machines with cutting edge CBN and ceramic wheel technology. Our grinding technology can achieve accuracy and repeatability that no conventional grinding machines can compete with. Read on below for a list of our current grinding machine line up.
